THE SAVANNAH SEVENS STORY
Western style, redefined. That’s been owner Ryley Wimer’s vision and philosophy since establishing Savannah Sevens in 2013. When you explore the site, you’ll find a blend of traditional western wear that’s a nod to Ryley’s roots and contemporary apparel that showcases today’s current trends. When styled together, there is a rugged chicness that you won’t find anywhere else.
The idea for Savannah 7s was established out of Ryley’s personal desire to give women a new perspective on western fashion. When she was younger, Ryley was unable to find a place to shop that encompassed all aspects of her life, not just rodeoing. This presented a challenge that she never forgot about and after creating a career in construction management, Ryley decided it was time to zero in on that niche market.
The name Savannah 7s was first inspired by Ryley’s lucky number. The company logo reflects a cattle brand, paying tribute to her family’s ranching history. In its inaugural phase, Savannah 7s was a small operation in Ryley’s parents’ basement with products housed on a pool table. Her mother and father, brother and husband all pitched in to help it get off the ground – usually with a case of beer or bottle of wine as payment.
Years later, Savannah 7s has expanded dramatically, now being housed in a large warehouse with a merchandise center, packing and shipping area, styling studio and business office. Not only can customers shop on the website, they also have access to purchasing on the Savannah 7s app. The Facebook and Instagram pages have a combined following of almost 200,000 and orders from across the globe come in from people wanting to wear Savannah 7s in their native country.
The product offering also has grown, with Ryley and brands such as Kimes Ranch, Ariat and Bed|Stü collaborating on exclusive merchandise. Ryley has developed a “Trailblazing the West” series, which features small makers and their designs on the Savannah 7s site. Most recently, the company expanded into the home furnishings arena, creating a luxe furniture collection with Designer’s Brew and Old Hickory Tannery.
No matter how much things change and progress, it is imperative to Ryley that Savannah 7s continues to maintain its authenticity. There is so much significance in staying true to her initial vision. Savannah 7s identity, core values and the uniqueness of its offerings will always be priority because customers know what to expect and appreciate that consistency.

A NOTE FROM THE OWNER
However you discovered us, I feel pretty certain it has something to do with our common love of rustic living and the western lifestyle, all things turquoise, good-smelling genuine leather, horses and rodeos, small-town Saturday nights, or anything out past those city limit signs.
THE WIMER FAMILY
Something you should know about me, family is everything! My life wouldn’t be complete without my husband Michael, daughter Blayke, and son Bronson. They are such an inspiration to me every day, to work hard, but also to slow down.
