We certainly hope that your Easter holiday was as glorious as ours -- nothing beats spending time with family and friends and celebrating our salvation! We’re SO excited to share some behind the scenes sneak peeks of our Spring photo shoot from a couple of weeks ago. If you’ve been following along on Instagram, several of these may look familiar, but we suspect the majority of you won’t have seen them before since most of them aren’t up on the site (and won’t be for a few more weeks when we get the professional photos back).
It never ceases to amaze us the amount of time, preparation and teamwork it takes to pull one of these shoots off -- between the photographer, models, hair, makeup, clothing, accessories -- there’s a never-ending list of things to consider and coordinate. Thanks to the ENTIRE team for working so hard to ensure things run smooth and turn out absolutely gorgeous!Photography: Julisa Haines Photography
***Photos below are behind the scenes, not Julisa Haines -- stay tuned for another blog featuring Julisa's incredible work later this Spring.
One element we were super excited about going into this shoot was utilizing our three Warbonnet Hat Works styles. Historically, the thought of wearing felt in the warmer months was a no-no in the western world. However, you can confidently throw that rule out the window when it comes to these beauties! The Marina Del Rey is currently available to order exclusively through Savannah Sevens, so if you haven’t gotten yourself on the list now is the time to do so. The light sage color is PERFECTION for Spring and Summer! With that being said, here’s a look at some behind the scenes from the shoot and some styles you can be looking forward to in the coming weeks!
Stay tuned over the coming weeks as these products launch, we roll out a new website and the archive of Savannah Sevens photoshoot galleries goes live!
Til next time,
Sammie & Ryley
