Returns
We accept returns on eligible items postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted.

FREE U.S. return shipping is available when Shipping Protection + Free Returns is purchased at checkout for $3.98

Shipping Protection + Free Returns cannot be added after an order is processed

If a Savannah Sevens pre-paid return label is used without Shipping Protection + Free Returns, a $9 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as Savannah Sevens store credit (eGift Card)

Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or payment methods

Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt
Return Condition Requirements
All items must be returned in new condition:

Unwashed, unworn, unaltered

Free of makeup, deodorant, smoke, stains, pet hair, or damage

Original tags must be attached
Footwear:

Returned in the original shoe/boot box
-
Shoe/boot box must be placed inside another shipping box
-
No labels, tape, or markings may be attached to the shoe/boot box
Earrings:

Final sale and not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

Items returned damaged, worn, altered, washed, or without tags

Outlet Store Items: All markdowns are part of our outlet store and are final sale.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise noted

Savannah Sevens reserves the right to deny returns that show wear, damage, or use

Promotions, discounts, free items, and coupons will be prorated in the refund or store credit

Customers are limited to 7 returns within a 90-day period (excluding defective merchandise)

International Returns
To start your return, visit our return portal HERE.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties, taxes, and customs fees. Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
International returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery and meet all Return Condition Requirements. Returns received outside this window or not in acceptable condition will not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Savannah Sevens is not responsible for lost or delayed international return shipments.

Product Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee items against manufacturing defects when reported within 4 days of receipt.
This guarantee does not cover:

Lost in Transit (Not Delivered)
If your package is lost in transit and not marked as delivered, please contact us at team@savannahsevens.com.
- We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf
- For orders without Shipping Protection, coverage is limited to $100 through the carrier
- If Shipping Protection was purchased, we will assist in resolving the issue according to coverage

Delivered Packages (Not Received / Theft)
If your tracking shows delivered, the package is considered fulfilled by the carrier.
Savannah Sevens is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery, and these orders are not eligible for refund or replacement.
We recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location
- Contacting neighbors or household members
- Reaching out to the carrier for delivery details

- Lost in transit (not delivered)
- Damaged during shipment
Shipping Protection does not cover packages that are marked as delivered, including lost or stolen packages after delivery.
