Returns

We accept returns on eligible items postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted.

  • FREE U.S. return shipping is available when Shipping Protection + Free Returns is purchased at checkout for $3.98

  • Shipping Protection + Free Returns cannot be added after an order is processed

  • If a Savannah Sevens pre-paid return label is used without Shipping Protection + Free Returns, a $9 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as Savannah Sevens store credit (eGift Card)

  • Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or payment methods

  • Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt

Return Condition Requirements

All items must be returned in new condition:

  • Unwashed, unworn, unaltered

  • Free of makeup, deodorant, smoke, stains, pet hair, or damage

  • Original tags must be attached

Footwear:

  • Returned in the original shoe/boot box

  • Shoe/boot box must be placed inside another shipping box

  • No labels, tape, or markings may be attached to the shoe/boot box

Earrings:

  • Final sale and not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons

 

 

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Returns received after 14 days of delivery

  • Original shipping charges and fees

  • Savannah Sevens Gift Cards

  • Items returned damaged, worn, altered, washed, or without tags

  • Final Sale items

  • Earrings

  • Items showing signs of use, including pet dander, makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, stains, or residue

 

 

Additional Return Information

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise noted

  • Savannah Sevens reserves the right to deny returns that show wear, damage, or use

  • Promotions, discounts, free items, and coupons will be prorated in the refund or store credit

  • Customers are limited to 7 returns within a 90-day period (excluding defective merchandise)

  • Report order errors or defects within 4 days of delivery

International Returns

To start your return, visit our return portal HERE. 

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties, taxes, and customs fees. Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

International returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery and meet all Return Condition Requirements. Returns received outside this window or not in acceptable condition will not be accepted.

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee items against manufacturing defects when reported within 4 days of receipt.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper use or care

  • Accidents

  • Alterations or unauthorized repairs

  • Failure to follow care instructions
