The Opportunity

As our Inventory & Fulfillment Associate, you’re a key part of how our brand comes to life. You’ll help ensure every piece arrives beautifully prepared and every order ships with care—because how it’s handled behind the scenes matters just as much as how it looks when our customers open the box.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a fun, supportive environment where your work directly impacts our customers’ experience with the Savannah Sevens brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

Inventory & Product Prep

  • Receive and unpack new fashion arrivals

  • Inspect merchandise for quality and presentation

  • Tag, bag, and organize products with accuracy and care

  • Maintain an orderly inventory system for efficient fulfillment

Order Fulfillment & Returns

  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time

  • Process returns and exchanges with attention to detail

  • Handle products with care to maintain our quality standards

Daily Operations

  • Work closely with leadership while managing tasks independently

  • Balance speed and precision to meet daily shipping goals

  • Keep your workspace organized and efficient

  • Have reliable transportation (required due to rural location)

Physical Requirements

  • On your feet most of the day (approximately 90%)

  • Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds

Experience

  • Prior work experience in any field welcome

  • Additional consideration given to candidates with retail, customer service, or professional business backgrounds

What We Offer

  • $16–18/hour depending on experience

Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Location & Commute

Our shop is located about 8 miles northwest of Salina, Kansas. The commute includes 3 miles of gravel roads, so reliable transportation and comfort with rural driving are essential.
