We are currently hiring for an Inventory Specialist.

Savannah Sevens is a fast-paced online retail business dedicated to providing an excellent customer service experience. We are seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will exercise EXCEPTIONAL attention to detail, organization, time management and complete tasks at a fast pace.

This is a FULL-TIME, year-round, 40 hrs/week position located 8 miles NW of Salina, Kansas. Opportunities for additional hours are likely available during peak season (October thru December). The position is available starting immediately. 


Job description

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Process New Inventory: Unpack, Count, Hang Up, Tag, Inspect New Arrivals
  • Process Returned Orders
  • Process and Fulfilling New Orders for Shipment

This candidate will be an integral and vital part of the overall customer experience, and will be expected to effectively and efficiently execute the following tasks: (75%) Process new inventory, including unpacking products, inspecting them for defects, counting to ensure invoice match, and carefully tagging and hanging products for storage; (25%) Process returned orders and fulfill new orders for shipment. This candidate will typically work closely with the Operations Manager and Specialists of the business on a day-to-day basis, but MUST be a self-starter, and able to stay focused and execute tasks to completion at all times on their own.

Physical requirements: Friendly, relaxed, but VERY productive work atmosphere. Casual, functional work attire. 90% of this position will require the candidate to be up and moving at a consistent pace. Candidate must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. to accommodate new inventory processing.

Experience: Prior work experience in any field. Additional consideration may be given to those with retail, customer service and/or professional business experience.

Compensation: $13-$15/hr. DOE. Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Simple IRA Employer matching benefits are provided.

Location: Rural shop operation located 8 miles NW of Salina, KS. There are 3 miles of dirt/gravel roads to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
