Head of Growth Marketing

Build the Growth Engine Behind the Brand

Savannah Sevens is looking for an experienced growth leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution.

As our Head of Growth Marketing, you'll own the commercial growth engine of the business. You'll develop the strategies that attract new customers, increase customer lifetime value, optimize marketing performance, and drive sustainable, profitable growth across every stage of the customer journey.

Working closely with our Creative & Brand Manager, you'll ensure every campaign is both creatively exceptional and commercially successful. Together, you'll help shape how customers discover, experience, and fall in love with the Savannah Sevens brand.

This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to influence key business decisions, launch new initiatives, and help scale one of the fastest-growing brands in western fashion.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years leading ecommerce or consumer brand marketing.

• Strong experience managing paid media across Meta and Google.

• Proven success scaling customer acquisition and retention strategies.

• Experience managing six-figure marketing budgets.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing data to drive business decisions.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and agency partners.

• Shopify Plus experience is preferred.

• Fashion, retail, or lifestyle ecommerce experience is preferred.

• Experience launching new brands, products, or major business initiatives is highly valued.
