1. Appetizer
Bacon Jam ~ @kcironcreek
1lb. Bacon, cut into small pieces 1" sized | 1 onion, finely chopped | 4 shallots, minced | 2 cloves garlic, minced | 1/2cup brown sugar | 1/4cup maple syrup | 1/3cup apple cider vinegar | 1 tsp chili powder (optional)
In a medium saucepan, cook bacon until crispy (medium heat). Transfer bacon to a paper towel lined plate, reserve about 1-2 tablespoons of bacon fat in the pan. Reduce the heat to a medium-low and add onion & shallots to the pan. Cook, stirring often, until the onions are caramelized. Takes about 15 min. Stir in garlic, brown sugar, maple syrup, vinegar, chili powder, and cooked bacon. Bring to a simmer and reduce to low heat. Cook until liquid becomes thickened and onions are jammy. This will take about 8-10min. Let it cool before putting it into a mason jar! Enjoy with brie and crackers or sweet potato biscuits!

Smoked Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts ~ @josie.paxton
6 slices bacon | BBQ seasoning | 12 brussels sprouts | 12 toothpicks that have been soaked in water for several hours | 1/4 cup mayo | 2 Tbsp dijon mustard | 1/2 Tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
Cut the slices of bacon in half. Season one side of the bacon with BBQ seasoning. Wrap each half slice of bacon around the brussels sprouts, seasoned side facing out, and secure the bacon with a toothpick. Place them on a smoker set to 250 degrees for one and a half hours.
In a bowl add the mayo, dijon mustard, and garlic. Stir until evenly mixed. Serve with the brussels sprouts as a dipping sauce.
***Instead of bbq seasoning try Traeger prime rib seasoning I also like to use thick cut bacon and smoke for 2 hours.
Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Figs/Dates ~ @crinspirations
Bacon | Herbed Cream Cheese | Figs or Dates
-Cut bacon slices in half and cook until they are about half done. Place on paper towel or tray for grease to drain off.
-Make lengthwise slits/cuts into your figs/dates so that you can stuff them with herbed cream cheese. I use a pre-made one for convenience. Tip: fill so that you can close the fig/date comfortably otherwise when baking them the filling will spill out everywhere
-Wrap the precooked bacon around the stuffed fig/date and secure it with a toothpick. Tip: when wrapping the bacon around the fig/ date line the edges of the bacon up so it bakes evenly in the oven
-Place on baking sheet, bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until the bacon is done
Steak Bites with Creamy Blue Cheese Dip ~ @allison.wiens
2 lbs sirloin or rib-eye steaks, cubed into bite size pieces | 4 Tbsp butter | Steak seasoning | 2 tsp chopped rosemary | 4 cloves of garlic, minced | Salt & Pepper | 1 cup heavy cream | 1/4 cup blue cheese | 2 Tbsp horseradish | Chives for garnish
Toss cubed sirloin or rib-eye steak, 2 tablespoons melted butter and steak seasoning in a bowl. Add to a hot skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes - making sure the steak gets seared on all sides. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and onto a plate to rest.
Return the skillet back to the stove, lower the heat to medium and melt the other 2 tablespoons of butter. Add chopped rosemary, minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Cook for 1 minute - not letting the garlic get too brown as then it becomes bitter. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and add the blue cheese, horseradish and 1 tablespoon of chopped chives (scallions or green onions could be used instead of chives) and black pepper. Transfer sauce to A serving bowl. Place steak on a platter with toothpicks and serve with the sauce on the side. Garnish the platter with the remaining chives and ENJOY!!!

Cranberry Moscow Mule ~ @mbearer
4 oz. Ginger beer | 4 oz. Cranberry juice | 2 oz. Vodka | Juice from half a lime | Fresh or frozen cranberries (garnish) | Sprig of rosemary or lime wheel (garnish)
Add liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Mix gently and then pour over ice into a copper mug. Add garnishes of your choice and enjoy!
Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cocktail ~ @mmarshl
Cinnamon sugar | 4 shots of Rum Chata | 2 shots of Fireball Whiskey | 1 cup of Half and Half cream
Wet the rim of the glasses with water and dip them in a bowl of cinnamon sugar. Chill the glasses for a minimum 30 minutes to let the cinnamon sugar stick to the glass. Add 4 shots of Rum Chata, 2 shots of Fireball, and 1 cup of half and half cream into the cocktail shaker. Shake for 10-12 seconds. Pour into your glass and enjoy! Ice is optional but its better chilled. For extra cinnamon sugar taste, sprinkle it on top.
Spiked Eggnog ~ @cowkidclothingcompany
So I don’t measure but I use about 8oz of any brand eggnog (creamier the better) about 2 shots of rum, sprinkle with nutmeg and add a cinnamon stick to garnish
