The Ultimate Rodeo Experience: A BTS Photo & Video Recap

The new year is well underway with the WCRA in Chicago this past weekend and WESA in Denver wrapped up, but before we jump into 2019 with both feet, we are beyond excited to give you one last look at all that the kindness, generosity and once-in-a-lifetime experiences the Dubois family received during The Ultimate Rodeo Experience this past December.

And we cannot say enough "Thank Yous" to the incredibly talented ranch wife, photographer and friend that is Lyndsey Garber! Here are just a some of the amazing photos that she took over the weekend. 

Day 1: After picking up the family in our Presidential Limo, we took them to one of our favorite places to eat inside of the Venetian -- The Grand Lux Cafe. On the way, they got to open up their first set of brand box gifts which included items from Rodeo Quincy, Double J Saddlery and Chelsea Collette Collections. Following lunch, Faith and Jeanne made a quick stop by Cowboy Christmas to pick out some additional Rodeo Quincy goodies and we wrapped up the day at the South Point NFR watch party. 

Day 2: Holy {incredible} whirlwind! We kicked off Day 2 with Elevation Sunday hosted by the team at STS Ranchwear. There really are no words to describe the glory and power present in this service... if EVER you have the opportunity to attend, you must go -- it was an absolute privilege. And a HUGE thank you to Stran and Jennifer for queueing up a meet and greet with both JR Vezain and Junior Nogueira. There was no better way to kick off this jam-packed day! Following Elevation Sunday, we all grabbed some lunch and then the girls headed off to get their hair and makeup done for the Round 4 Wrangler NFR performance. The team enjoyed a great night at the rodeo and finished up a long day with a trip up on the High Roller and a walk through Bellagio's (beautifully decorated for Christmas) atrium. 

Day 3: Wanting to make sure we ended on a high note, Day 3 certainly did not disappoint. The family started with a little "URE Christmas gift" session to finish opening the brand box goodies courtesy of all these amazing brands: Buck Wild Rags, Chelsea Collette Collections, Cowgirl Magazine, Double D Ranch, Double J Saddlery, HD West, Rodeo Quincy, Silo Silver, STS Ranchwear, Tasha Polizzi and Warbonnet Hat Works. To say that these western brands came together to truly shower this family in generosity is an understatement. Not only did several of the brands provide gifts for Shel, Jeanne, Luke and Faith, they sent gifts for the kids back home that didn't get to attend as well! And to top it off, Warbonnet Hat Works even presented Luke with a 2019 hat sponsorship!

A special shoutout to E4 Ropes, Smarty The Steer, Heel-O-Matic, and Ariat Athletes Jackie Hobbs-Crawford and Trevor Brazile. Thanks for making the time and lending us your products so that Faith and Luke could get some one-on-one time roping with two of their rodeo idols.

In closing, and after looking back through all the pictures and the videos, there are so many great things we could say about the experiences that were had and the generosity that was shown... but honestly, Shel said it best when he said it's the relationships that were made that will truly last a lifetime -- and that's what we all love (and what truly sets the industry apart) about the western lifestyle... the people. So thanks to ALL the people who played a part in this -- big or small -- you made an impact that will last a lifetime.
