Haute on the Ranch: 2024 Fall Styling Preview

It’s only four little letters, but it’s a word that evokes a whole lot of excitement around the Savannah Sevens shop: FALL.

After a sweltering summer on the go, the promise of settling back into a schedule, sipping on a soothing coffee drink, and enjoying crisp nights and colorful days has us anticipating autumn’s return. But the biggest reason we always fall for fall? You guessed it – the fashion!

In the past few weeks, you may have noticed New Arrivals containing a few fall pieces. We’ve carefully begun mixing in colors, fabrics and styles that you can expect to see all season long. This gives you an opportunity to start stocking your closet with staples so you’re ready when the weather hits.

We also hope you’ve been inspired by what you’ve seen so far, and to keep that anticipation going, here is our 2024 Fall Styling Preview. Happy {soon-to-be} Fall y’all!

Get ready to join Team Green in the fall, because this cool, earthy tone will be everywhere! The runways are showing a range of the color, from emerald to olive and we’re following suit. New Arrivals throughout the season will host a variety of products in green, like rompers, striped sweaters and puffer vests. A couple of our favorites available right now: The Moraine eyelet sleeve top, which has just been restocked after selling out; The Monticello leather dress dropping in tonight’s collection; and The Sterling Heights dress, a great summer to fall transition piece.

According to Pantone’s autumn/winter Fashion Color Trend Report for New York Fashion Week, one of their standout shades is called Golden Palm – a vivid and captivating yellow-green color. We’re excited to offer a slight variation in what we’re referring to as chartreuse bronze. This rich tone makes every piece look so luxe! You’ll find it in The Chino Valley bell sleeve dress; The Tusayan embroidered top; and The Huxley quilted pullover {in chartreuse olive}.

It wouldn’t be fall without neutrals, thank goodness! We can never seem to get enough of those classic shades. This year, you won’t just be seeing brown, but espresso and bronze; lead gray and charcoal instead of just black; and an incredible range of cream, beige and golden tan. Pieces to shop right now include The Waskom striped long sleeve top; The Lometa long sleeve basic; and The Cresson striped button up.

You know we couldn’t preview fall fashion and not include denim! It’s such a staple of every closet and anchors so many western fits. If you’ve been loving the high rise, wide leg trend, we’re happy to report its popularity is continuing. This leg opening easily fits over boots and also lends itself to the fan favorite detail of cuffing your denim. 

Our denim collection this fall will be one of the largest we’ve ever had and the high rise, wide leg style will make up a majority of it. What’s so exciting is the variety of cuts we’ll be featuring: pintuck detail, asymmetrical waistline, distressing, light to indigo washes, crop and color. We know you’re going to have so much fun picking new pairs and creating fresh fall looks.

From your hat down to your boots, you’ll be cowgirl chic with the premium pieces and capsule collection-worthy items we’re carrying. Whether you’re planning a trip to the NFR or are dressing up for a local event, our fall offerings will help you elevate your style.

Capsule Cowboy Hat Collection – Designed in Nashville and handmade in Portugal, we are now carrying Premonition Goods wool hats. These western beauties are offered in eight different colors like soft pink, whiskey and onyx, and three styles: flat brim, pencil brim and retro rolled brim. With a nod to the 1950’s, yet modern and timeless, these cowboy hats will perfectly cap off any outfit.

Statement Tops – From puff sleeves to pintucks, embroidery to eye-catching colors, this fall it’s all about tops with defining details. You know we love a good basic, but some fits just call for something extra. When you sport a statement-making top, you display personality, confidence and style.
