Around here, we take our denim VERY seriously -- and not just because we like denim that makes our backsides look like we do more squats than we actually do. No, we take our denim very seriously because we need {damn good} denim that does it ALL.

Denim that works. Denim that dances. Denim that dates (wait, what's that?). Denim that checks cattle. Denim that hauls hay. Denim that plays with {toddler} tractors. Denim that runs barrels. Denim that ropes. Denim that takes Sunday afternoon naps (even if it's rare). Denim that gets dressed up. Denim that grows babies (with a few minor modifications).... You know, just denim that DOES. IT. ALL. 

And about a year ago, we found it. Fast forward to now, and we are beyond excited to share with you our very first "S7s Denim Exclusive" -- The Ledoux Bootcut Jean -- along with several other seasonal stock styles that we are currently carrying. But first:

Exclusive #1: The Ledoux Bootcut Jean

Last summer we had a chance to sit down with the designers at Ariat and discuss ideas on a style of denim just for Savannah Sevens. We wanted something that would embody a classic wash, on-trend details, the perfect bootcut fit, and really be that one jean we wanted to pull out of our closet every single day and wear ourselves. And this is it. The Ledoux has the most gorgeous true denim blue wash with whiskering on the front thighs and backs of the knees; a let down trouser-like hem; two-tone neutral stitching on the seams and pockets; and fun distressing on both knees that also includes a shadow patch. With this being our first "Exclusive" design, we weren't 100% sure what to expect -- but to say all our dreams came true is an understatement. It's seriously the coolest jean we've every owned (but we could be a little biased). And did we mention that it's the FIRST Ariat jean to come in XL length in ALL SIZES!?!? Last but not least... Once she's gone, she's really gone. So if you want one -- or more than one -- you better snag it. 

Exclusive #2: The Salt Water Short

If you loved last year's Dayton Short by Ariat and were lucky enough to snag a pair or two before they were completely sold out, you are going to LOVE, LOVE our lineup of shorts this year -- including the The Salt Water Short. It's the second and final in our "S7s Denim Exclusive" lineup for this season available only here at Savannah Sevens! When we first saw this short when we were out in California last year, we didn't immediately fall in love with the look -- there were a few little details and embellishments that didn't quite fit the look of the S7s brand. However, from the moment we tried it on, we knew we'd never worn a more perfect, versatile, boyfriend fit short in our LIVES! So, we knew we had to have it, albeit with some minor adjustments -- and to finally have it in our hands has us dreaming of summer days more than ever before.

This short is truly perfect in so many ways... the unfinished hem will only continue to get better with wear and wash; the ability to adjust the length (and still have a perfect fit) with a rolled or unrolled hem give it SO much versatility; and the best part is that you can buy it in the EXACT SAME SIZE as your Ariat jeans -- no need to size up or worry about them being too snug in the thighs. It's seriously the BEST denim short we've ever put on. But again... once it's sold out, it's gone... so you know the drill. ;)
